What do I do if I do not see my wager history in my account?

Please reach out to Customer Care; they will be able to assist with providing any transaction history you are not able to see on your account.

Will sports bets placed prior to the multi-state creation still be settled as normal?

Your open sports bets will still be settled correctly, even after your multi-state account is created. Once your bet settles, your balance will be updated accordingly.

Your account balance will be updated to reflect settled bets and will be available for wagering wherever you log into your account. Please wait a few minutes after your event ends for your bet to be settled. To access your transaction history, navigate to Account > My Transactions > Transaction History.

The Edit My Bet and Cash Out features may be disabled for selected bets placed prior to your multi-state account creation.

Will I have access to poker tournament tickets and promotions with my multi-state account?

Yes, you will be able to access all tournament tickets and promotions.

Are poker games still state-specific?

Yes, poker games are still state-specific. You will only be eligible to play with other BetMGM customers in your state of play.
